Gondola Free is FREE for personal use (2 agent licenses, unlimited test creation licenses). If you want to add more parallel agents to get test results faster, consider buying Gondola Premium. One agent license allows you to run one instance of Gondola Automation at a time. Note that this restriction only applies to “Automation” runs, not Gondola Studio. You can open as many Gondola Studio instances as you like for test development. But once you execute the automated tests, you’ll have to make sure you have a sufficient number of agent licenses.
Ideally, people would like to run as many parallel tests as possible to improve test execution speed and save more time. But the best practice is to start with one agent license per team member. Let’s say you have 5 people on your team. You should start with 5 agent licenses. Once you have hundreds of automated tests and you’d like to parallelize your test execution to save more time, consider purchasing more agent licenses.

No, you don’t need to upgrade. You can keep using Gondola Free (2 agent licenses) for free as long as you like. Each edition of Gondola is a separate product so you can simply add Gondola Premium as a separate subscription plan.
Yes, we offer monthly subscriptions as well as annual subscriptions.
Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime. Since you already pay at the beginning of the month/year, you can keep using Gondola from the moment you cancel until the end of that month or year. You won’t be charged next month/year. Unfortunately, we offer no refund for the remaining unused time.

For instance, you have subscribed to 10 Gondola Premium agents. Now you want to reduce it to 5 since your team’s headcount has shrunk. In that case, please cancel your first plan (10 Gondola Premium) and create a new plan (5 Gondola Premium). In the next billing cycle, you will only be charged for 5 Gondola Premium agents instead of 10. If you like, our sales team will help you cancel the old plan and re-subscribe based on your new situation.
